If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the sites in question to make reservations or for any other type of arrangement with the hotel.

The content and information displayed on this site are the property of FLORIOURA,LDA. Your download, reproduction or re-transmission, for non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and it´s modification is not allowed.
Accept not to use any software or application that interferes with the normal operation of the site. The user will not use any application without the consent and permission of FLORIOURA,LDA.

2.Use of the Site

The site is offered free of charge for the user´s personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the site implies that the user must be of age (minimum 18 years old) and be able to enter into binding contracts.

9.Online reservations

Before you make the booking through our site, the user should carefully read the details provided, before completing the reservation process. Any special needs should be communicated while making the reservations, although a response to these is not guaranteed.

10.Payment policy

The Hotel requires an advance deposit, 50% of a total amount of the stay, which might be made by bank transfer, to guarantee the booking.
The rest of the payment should be made at check in.

11.Cancellation Policy

If the guest is unable to appear on the expected arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the 50% of already paid deposit.
If the guest cancels the reservation up to 14 days before the expected arrival, hotel will refund the advance deposit.

12.Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in: After 14:00 pm
Check-out: Until 11:00 am

13.Rules for use of the Hotel

Animals are not allowed in the hotel.
The hotel is strictly no smoking in any closed area.
At the check-in might be required a deposit of 200.00€ per apartment, witch will be returned at check-out, if there are no expenses to be settled.

Cleaning 5 days a week

Cleaning are not made on Sundays and holidays.
Complaints will be accepted only during the stay, being directed to the hotel management in written.
